yükseltmek istediğimi söyledim. (Cihaz 1 yıl garantili şekilde gösteriliyor.) Daha sonra Müşteri Hizmetlerinde ki arkadaş bana bir Microsoft linki göndererek E-Faturamı PDF olarak göndermemi istedi. Sisteme faturamı yükledikten 5 dakika sonra garanti süremin
2yıl olarak güncellendiğini gördüm.

After i turned on this help topic, I opened a live support line by marking the view (chat) with live support from my Microsoft Xbox account. I told them that I wanted to raise my legal 2-year warranty in our country by stating the date I bought my
device. (The device is shown with a 1-year warranty.) Then a friend at Customer Service sent me a Microsoft link and asked me to send my E-Invoice as a PDF. I saw my warranty period updated for 2 years 5 minutes after I installed my invoice in the system.

Xbox One S controllers have a 90 Day Warranty period.

Yes it is one year from the date of purchase as stated by section 1c of the warranty agreement.

"Warranty Period" for Xbox 360 S, means 1 year from the date You purchased it; and for Accessories, means 90 days from the date You purchased it.

Since you purchased it from a separate person on ebay the warranty would count from when they purchased the console from a retailer not from when you purchased it from them.
