Xbox One S System Error E106

Thanks but i tried all the steps listed and no luck!!

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice and clarity when dealing with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening of an issue to deal with, but if the steps provided by out page did not work, the only thing you can
do is get your console repaired or replaced.

Good thing you are under warranty still. Though it would be ideal to get your console replaced with a new one like that, however support can only offer what they are able to do.

Tried that still doing the same thing error code E106 00000009 c0000102 dont know what that means

Error E106 occurs when you try to turn on your console

You see one of the following error codes when you try to turn on your console:

• E106
• E106 xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx

Note The “x” digits vary.

1. Go to the

2. Scroll down the screen and select E106.
3. Follow the instructions in the troubleshooter.
