    Hi, sooo ... i ended up dropping my controller just one simple foot away from the ground as i picked it up, and the sync button had kind of jammed into my controller and ive tried almost everything to unjam it but nothing is working... how fo i go about
    this?

    I think I have found the issue - one of my controllers is broken and the right trigger is stuck on. It's also missing the sync button. Is there any way I can unpair the controller without the sync button?

    Microsoft for service or to purchase a replacement controller.

    So the issues I'm having is that my mute button is getting stuck on my Xbox One. I have totally unplug the Xbox One and sometimes it will sync up after doing that. Other times I have had to turn on another controller to make it sync up. I need options please,
    and what are my solutions to this issue with the mute button getting stuck on.

    Xbox One X (Eclipse Edition) will not power on.

    Same thing with my Xbox One S minus the noise. Have you tried syncing it with your controller and then turning it on by holding down the Xbox Logo button on it?

    Have you synced the controller to the Xbox 360 system? Turn on the Xbox 360 system and controller, on top of the controller there should be a small button, hold that button. On the White Xbox 360 or Black Xbox 360 elite, there should be a button too, press
    it and your controller should sync up with the Xbox, the controller will confirm this by flashing.

    On the Xbox 360 slim, the button is located inside the USB bay.
