Hi, can anyone help. My Xbox one S was working fine and suddenly a blank screen on the tv and the no signal scrolling. I tried new hdmi lead, different port on telly, then i tried a different tv still the same. Aftera little google i pressed the on switch
and eject and it works in low res. I have done a hard reset still the same. The Xbox was a christmas present 2017 and hasnt made it to 2. The warranty has expired. Please help what can you advise to do next?

    :)

    Hi alfiedoodle-[xboxvenue],

After you boot your console in a low resolution mode using the method you described, you simply just need to reset the resolution to what you want from the video settings on the console, From the home dashboard, press the
Xbox button to open the guide. Go to
    System > Settings > Display & sound >
Video output, and then select the resolution you want from the Display dropdown.

If you’re required to complete these steps on every boot-up, you’ll want to change your TV connection to HDMI from the console's video settings. Here is how:

    1. Set your TV connection to HDMI:
      1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
      2. Select System > Settings > Display & sound.
      3. Select Video output > Video fidelity & overscan.
      4. Under the Display dropdown, select the HDMI option.

If your console continues to experience these issues, then you will need to consider getting a new Xbox or send it in for repair if within warranty.

Have you changed your display settings recently? You may need to do a hard reset.
I will try the reset, this is the only one i have not tried. Allthe other suggestions have not worked. Thanks for the help
