XBOX ONE S Starting Screen on "Troubleshoot" Screen

When I turn on my XBOX it immediately goes to Troubleshoot screen and gives 3 options with the offline system update option faded out. The other options are to continue, reset, or turn off. Continue leads to a black screen. Reset leads to factory settings,
and I have done that already but this is the second time it has done this now. How do I fix this neverending loop? What is the cause of this? Am I the only one experiencing these problems?

And no, turning it off and on again or unplugging it does not work it goes to the same screen.

Hello ARSONLN,

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this issue, if you've already tried the first two options, Continue and Factory Reset, then the next option you will have to try is Offline System Update. To get the Offline System update option working
you will need to follow the steps in this support article for Xbox One Offline System Update. You will also need a USB Flash Drive
with 6GB or more of storage in it and you will need to format it for NTFS which if you do not know how to do, you can follow the steps provided
here.

If you can't enter the Troubleshooting mode, there is not much we can do.

Have you tried to power cycle the console?

To do it, follow these steps:

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Then try to enter the Troubleshooting mode again.
