    you checked family settings and privacy for the child account ?

    is this the xbox or xbox one S?

    I have personally found that the privacy settings are not transferring over from the xbox one S ( xbox one is fine but may be corrupt ) to the 360 server account settings I have managed to get a work around.

    please let me know which console it is

    4K Display issues

    Hey there!

    Have you gone through the steps and suggestions on our
    Troubleshoot 4K on Xbox One S support page    ? One of the steps mentioned is setting the TV Resolution on your Xbox One S to 1080p, while ensuring the 'Allow 4K' box is checked within 'Advanced TV' settings. The TV resolution setting is specifically for setting
    how non 4K content is scaled, and will still allow native 4K content to play at 4K on your display.

    If the flicker issues persist with native 4K content after setting your TV resolution setting to 1080p, please post back the brand and model number of your 4K display so we can take a deeper look!

    Xbox One S keep Freeze and keep Shut Off Randomly.

    Xbox One S Will Resolve:

    1. APU Controlled Clock Speed set to minimize limit frequency.

    2. Restart to clear Memory if there is full standby cache.

    3. Motherboard or APU temperature sensor set to unlimited or disable.

    Xbox One S there is no BIOS setting unlike the PC.

    Just Try and Error.

    AMD OVERDRIVE software configuration setting APU for XBOX ONE S.

    I can not record 10 minute movies

    One Xbox One S and X. Max record time in DVR is 5 minutes with the resolution at 720p. On Xbox One. The DVR max is 15 minutes at 720p. All these settings are found under the Broadcasting and Capture section in Preferences in the settings. Although. That
    is odd that the S and X have a shorter time.

    Easiest way @@@s to put the @@@a@@@erta@@@s all on one Xbox, set them up on the family, and then @@@ove their @@@a@@@erta@@@s back to whatever console they want.
