Bonjour, depuis le début d'aprés midi, ma Xbox s'éteind toute seule quand je lance un jeu au bout de 3-4 min. En larallumant, un message de prevention concernant la ventilation de la console apparait sauf que je ne me reconnait dans aucun des cas cite dans
ce message, et malgrés le fait de la debrancher dáttendre et de la rebrancher, ou a lors l'enlever de la multiprise pour la mettre sur la prise murale ou la metre dans un espece plus. le probléme periste. merci de bien vouloir me répondre au plus vite.

If your console continues to shut down it may need to be repaired or replaced. If your console is the S, Digital S or X then you can set up a repair at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com. Once set up and you have received your shipping label via email
you can pack up the console. Please be sure to send only the console and nothing else as Xbox does not guarantee that extra items will be returned.

If your console is the Original with the external power brick then I'm afraid that Xbox no longer offers a repair option due to the age of the console. However, if you have to replace yours then your digital purchases and game saves will follow you to a

Est ce que cela t'arrive sur tous les jeux ou un en particulier?
