Xbox one s screen is messed up bad

I turned on my xbox and the screen is completely dragged of, srot of mirrored and the bottom of it is grey.

I tried doing a hard reset, then a factory reset, but nothing has worked.

Anyone know how to fix this, or is my xbox [Mod Removed - Inappropriate]?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that the picture of your Xbox One S is not displaying correctly. We recommend trying out a different HDMI cable or HDMI port on the television. Does the console display this image when you connect
it to a different television? Is your console enrolled in the
Xbox Insider Program? Be sure to let us know the results!

You tried change the HDMI port to see if this isn't any problem with the HDMI Port of your Scree? If You Tried maybe a call to support can be necessary

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

Thanks for updating us with your reply. As the console's picture seems to be working on a different TV, you may wish to check for any updates that may be available for the TV that you wish to use that is currently giving you the issue with the image. You
may refer to your user's manual for the television, or the steps may be available on the manufacturer's website as well.

Give this a try and let us know the results.
