    Xbox One S says that the disk is dirty or damaged


    I am experiencing the same problem as many other Xbox users have. When I tried to download Fallout 4 from the disk, it downloaded 99% and it said that the disk was dirty or damaged. The disk has a few very minor scratches. I have other disks that have more
    scratches that work just fine. What should I do about this problem?

    Please Help...

    cant play games

    When I try to play a game it either says "do you own this game or app" or it says check disk may be dirty or damaged when the disk is niether dirty or damaged

    error code 0x87e00064 on NBA (Brand new game just got it out of the box)

    This is the same as me, says its dirty or damaged but not one mark on my disk. i get to 4% aswell.

    The Infamous Gta San Andreas Dirty Disk Error.

    Well the same thing is happening to me I bought it for 800 Microsoft Points downloaded the game and it says the disk is dirty or damaged as soon as it's done loading it ends up saying there is a problem with the disk you are using it may be dirtied or damaged.
    Is there any way to fix this?

    Its not you being hacked its you Xbox's disk drive probably slightly damaged or dirty.
