Xbox One S rewards upgrade credits

Hello,

I pre-ordered a Xbox One @ Battlefield 1 Edition (500GB) from the Microsoftstore online and it arrived on October 21. The terms of the say that pre-orders count toward the 50,000 credit starting from Oct. 18-December 31. as https://rewards.xbox.com/x1s-console-upgrade/terms-and-conditions

I've signed in to Xbox Live from that machine already and I'm just wondering when the credits would be credits and if I have to do anything else, since it was a pre-order, that didn't ship before the Oct. 18th. I did however order it on Oct. 13, but since
it's a pre-order, it still should count, since technicall I didn't get charged till it shipped.

My 50,000 reward credits are not showing up

I purchased an xbox one s under my missions in my xbox rewards account for the current upgrade promo. It has been past 14 days and it does not show 50,000 reward credits pending In my account.

Missing Microsoft Rewards Points Console Upgrade/Xbox store purchases

Hi,

I haven't recieved my upgrade credits for my Xbox One S upgrade purchased from the microsoft store.

Also missing rewards credits for the following purchases.

I can also provide the SN's from the Old and New Xbox One. However the new console was purchased directly from microsoft. as per this link

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

For help with Microsoft Rewards credits, you will need to contact their customer support. That program is completely separate from the Xbox Rewards program.

The only way to receive Xbox rewards credits for purchasing a console is if you are a 360 user (meaning you've never used One), and upgrading to a One. If that is the case, you should see credits pending about 15 business days after the console shipped.

Any Xbox One would be eligible as long as you activate it by July 31.

I have also upgraded to the S model through the rewards site and have not received 50,000 credits.

Seeing as how the promotion ends in 2 days I'm getting worried.
