Xbox One S Rewards Promotion

Hi there,

I am thinking about purchasing an Xbox One console and during my browsing there was a promotion banner about buying an Xbox One S as a rewards member. When I clicked to see the details of the promotion it just took me to the default rewards page with no mention
of the offer. I was chatting with someone from the support team who directed me here.

I was told to leave the reference number from our chat as well

I'm really just looking for more information about the promotion, things like;

Does this promotion refer to a preexisting bundle or does it need to be the standalone xbox one s?

Is there a specific hard drive size which is required to be eligible for the promotion?

Are the free games the same ones which are available with an xbox one on purchase?

Any information on this promotion would be greatly appreciated.

Bought Xbox One S for Christmas and haven't received Reward program credits

I'm part of the Rewards program, and I purchased an Xbox One S for Christmas during the 50k promotion and didn't receive the credits. The Rewards program was having a promotion, if you sign into an Xbox One S you'd receive the credits within 15 days.

I Bought An Xbox One S and Never Got The 50,000 Rewards Credit that was promised on the Xbox Rewards mission page. The only reason why I bought an Xbox One S was because of the awesome promotion. Please help me Xbox Team

 

That promotion expired on December 31, 2016. There are currently no offers to receive credits for purchasing consoles.

As Smwutches says, that offer is no longer available. It is currently being displayed on the Xbox.com page for english speaking Canadian users, and we have contacted their team about removing this expired offer. Apologies for any confusion.
