    I just found out that xbox live rewards is offering 50,000 credits for buying a xbox one s from microsoft with the promotional code, I found out after the fact i just ordered a xbox one s 1 tb battlefield one edition from best buy.. I was wondering if there
    is any way i can opt into the reward for my purchase as i feel this is kind of unfair to the people buying consoles who maybe don't even know xbl rewards exsists but being a loyal xbox rewards and microsoft fan i feel i am entitled to something here anyway

    Bought Xbox One S for Christmas and haven't received Reward program credits

    I'm part of the Rewards program, and I purchased an Xbox One S for Christmas during the 50k promotion and didn't receive the credits. The Rewards program was having a promotion, if you sign into an Xbox One S you'd receive the credits within 15 days.

    I Bought An Xbox One S and Never Got The 50,000 Rewards Credit that was promised on the Xbox Rewards mission page. The only reason why I bought an Xbox One S was because of the awesome promotion. Please help me Xbox Team

    It's best to post in the Rewards forum for assistance with the program, but the program can only track purchases made through the Microsoft Store. So there would be no way to add that purchase to receive the credits.

    You're posting in the sales and promotions forum, not the rewards forum. Rewards support is only available in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

    Did you purchase the Xbox One S the promotional period? If not (including buying it before then), it's unlikely the Rewards programme will award you the points.
