Xbox One S Reward Points

Hi,

I purchased an Xbox One S and I was given 30k points, I thought it should be 50k points?

On Microsoft rewards it says buy the xbox one s for 28000 points i already own the xbox one s

on xbox rewards it says buy the xbox one s and u will get 28000

points i already own the xbox one s

Didn't receive the 50000 points for purchase of the Xbox one s

I didn't receive the 50000 rewards points on Xbox rewards I can send in a receipt I have the Xbox one s we purchased already but no mention of those rewards points

There are 2 different offers available. The 50,000 credits are only for select members. If you did not receive that offer (via email or listed on the Rewards site while you're signed in), you would be eligible for the default offer of 30,000 credits.

Hello ZubiF,

The 50,000 Console Upgrade offers were only for select members. You are only eligible for the offers displayed on your personal MyMissions page once you are logged in to the Rewards site. Since you were not selected for these offers since you registered
after members were selected for the offer, you only received the standard offer for 30,000 Credits.

I noticed that I haven't point for buying game on xbox store, no points for xbox gold.

usually never check but i bought this week the xbox one s and wanted to see if live rewards was correct.

Rewards app and points offers are available only on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
Buying items from the Microsoft Store on Xbox or searching on Bing.com may not earn points in all countries or regions.

Still If you have any problems with the Microsoft Rewards app, or with earning points or redeeming them for rewards, go to Microsoft Rewards support

Did you purchase the Xbox One S the promotional period? If not (including buying it before then), it's unlikely the Rewards programme will award you the points.

Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.

Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.
