Xbox One S requires frequent resets to function

As the title said my xbox one S requires increasingly frequent resets to function. Initially it would just slow to the point where i called in and asked for a solution which they told me was update related and that ended in a reset. Whenever i unplug it
thats another reset. Now im experiencing a persistent green screen on startup whereas prior it was an instant on. While reseting still works at this point to rectify the situation spending 15-30 minutes hard reseting my console every day to use it isnt what
i would consider the optimal experience. Any suggestions on a solution or is my console just going to become unusable? Additionally the controller this xbox came with is unable to maintain a wireless connection whatsoever.

    :)

When i use the word “reset” i mean soft factory reset. At no point did i say i power cycled it. When i said after unplugging it i need to reset i intended to say that in the context of moving my xbox from one location to another required a sfr at the new
    location. Sorry for the miscommunication.

A soft factory reset erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. The action that you have reported carrying out is a power cycle.

If my understanding of a soft factory reset is accurate im telling you thats the procedure i have to undertake to get it functioning at all in the circumstance where this error occurs. Ive had to use the reset functionality increasingly often and i have
yet to find anything resolving this issue or explaining the cause.
