    Bought Xbox One S for Christmas and haven't received Reward program credits

    I'm part of the Rewards program, and I purchased an Xbox One S for Christmas during the 50k promotion and didn't receive the credits. The Rewards program was having a promotion, if you sign into an Xbox One S you'd receive the credits within 15 days.

    How recent? The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

    From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.

    The current free game promotion is for purchasing an Xbox One, not One S. Any free games with the One S would be the games included in the bundles. Depending on the store you're purchasing from, you would get the option to choose your game during purchase
    (as seen here)

    Also, since the promotion is taken care of by the retailers, that is why Xbox support does not handle the promotion.

    Thank you for bringing this inquiry to our attention. The EON bundle Xbox One S is an Xbox One S stand alone bundle you can find here:

    Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle (1TB)     . The promotion does not apply to all Xbox One S consoles just the Fortnite bundle.
