Xbox one s problems

Hello all. So i have my xbox one s 500 gb console which i boigh about 9 months ago. Around 2 months ago it just decided to shut off. So i pressed the power button and turned it on and it turned on for less than a second and the power button came on than
it shut off. So i waited around an hour to try again. I tried again and no budge wouldnt turn on. So it was still in warranty and i sent it to microsft for repair just to wait a month to get it back and it was unfixed left with a tamper note stating i haf
opened he console which never occurred. So i contacted support and they said it was water damage and came with wrong note. They said they uad pictures but wouldnt provide them to me. So i decided to take the whole console apart and whatsoever found NO TRACE
of water damage. I cleaned all parts with rlectronic cleaner. Also when i plug power cable into the console a squeaky sound is made. I really dont know what happened to it and mictosoft was not fair in the situation. Whatd the point of a warranty if Microsoft
wont repair the console? I just want my xbox and its sad becuase i have been an xbox customer for many of years and had the 360 also. Im not satisfied with the service received and to wait a month just to get my console back unfixed. To me it sounds very fishy.
Any ideas on what to do to fix the console or a new one as i should receive?

Which xbox´s do you guys have,the newer S-version,or the old one?

I had disc-reading problems until the dvd-rom crashed on my old xbox,nothing on my new one,worked fine for almost a year now...

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Trying to send it again to Microsoft may yield the same results. At this point I recommend setting up an appointment at a Microsoft store if you have one near by. Explain the situation and see if you can get
it replaced there on the spot. Calling first is recommended to make sure they have your console in stock.
