    Xbox One S problems


    Hey everyone. I really need help with my xbox one s. At times everything seems to be normal when using it but after while some buttons on controller don't work and the only ones that work are the home button and the left analog. This has been happening for
    a while now, I think there's an interference between the console and the controller. Sometimes when I try entering a game the home view starts flickering and doing all sorts of weird things. I have tried resetting console but it still does the same thing even
    now... I really need help with this issue

    Which xbox´s do you guys have,the newer S-version,or the old one?

    I had disc-reading problems until the dvd-rom crashed on my old xbox,nothing on my new one,worked fine for almost a year now...

    power saving mode boot question

    Microsoft rep had me plug directly in the wall and the system boots normal. I previously had the Xbox One S plug into the monster surge protector strip with my TV. That was the problem. Microsoft rep told me that the Xbox Box One S has a built in surge protector.
    I going to use the Xbox One S today and if the problem does not return I will keep the Xbox One S. The Microsoft rep told me to exchange if the problem does return. Thank you for the help.
