    Xbox one s problem


    So I have a genuine question and I can’t seem to get a proper answer on what has caused this problem, I downloaded fallout 76 recently and the game just didn’t work, that didn’t bother me though but since then barely any one my games work on my Xbox one anymore and when it is powered off it flashes three times in a row. What causes this? I know it isn’t the power brick for it is a one s and did not come with one so what could be causing my Xbox to have this problem?

    power saving mode boot question

    Microsoft rep had me plug directly in the wall and the system boots normal. I previously had the Xbox One S plug into the monster surge protector strip with my TV. That was the problem. Microsoft rep told me that the Xbox Box One S has a built in surge protector.
    I going to use the Xbox One S today and if the problem does not return I will keep the Xbox One S. The Microsoft rep told me to exchange if the problem does return. Thank you for the help.
