    Xbox one s problem?


    My xbox is about Two years old, and well I was playing it the other day and it just powered off by itself so at first I think maybe I unbluged it some how. So I turn it back on and start playing for around 10 mins when it turned off on me again I did the
    same thing and it turned off once again I’m so confused and I really hope that its not broken because that would be $600 down the drain, Is there anything you can tell me about this?

    power saving mode boot question

    Microsoft rep had me plug directly in the wall and the system boots normal. I previously had the Xbox One S plug into the monster surge protector strip with my TV. That was the problem. Microsoft rep told me that the Xbox Box One S has a built in surge protector.
    I going to use the Xbox One S today and if the problem does not return I will keep the Xbox One S. The Microsoft rep told me to exchange if the problem does return. Thank you for the help.
