Xbox One S power cable and HDMI cable

Yes Ive tried the power cycle and another HDMI cable in different TVs. About the power brick, I have the Xbox One S.

No I never got one of those cables with my xbox one s. I don't know if that came with the original xbox maybe? but no I don't have any cable; just the included HDMI and Power cord.

Power cycle the Xbox One S: Turn off the Xbox One S completely by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console shuts down. Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn on the console.

Update the Xbox One S software: Ensure that the Xbox One S is running the latest software updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates and check for any available updates.

Step 5: Connect the console to your TV

The Xbox One S console system includes one HDMI cable. You can use this cable to connect the console to an HDMI-compatible TV or HDTV. Here's how:

1. Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port on your console (the leftmost HDMI port on the back of your console).
   
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the HDMI input on your TV.

Note: If the included HDMI cable isn’t long enough, we recommend finding a n “HDMI Premium Certified Cable” of the appropriate length. If you need a cable that’s 50 feet or longer, you may want an “Active High-Speed HDMI Cable”.

It's very odd.

Make sure to plug the cable in the HDMI port closer to the power port. Remember than one is HDMI OUT and the other is HDMI IN. I'm quite sure you already know this, but it is worth mentioning.

Make sure to use the provided HDMI cable or a HDMI 2.0 compatible cable that supports 4K @ 60Hz. Other cables may not work because they need a bigger bandwidth.

Try doing a power cycle by removing the Xbox One X power cable from the console for 15 seconds and then turning it on again.
