Xbox One S Possibly Broken

Im thinking I may either need a new system or a repair if it doesn’t cost too much. Something is severely wrong with my console. The OS is acting very strange. Menu navigation us almost impossible as it either freezes or I cant move the courser over to select
things. I have tried several hard resets with no avail and my last result is a total factory reset.

At this point I cant tell if its a hardware issue or software. Games fail to load and just leave a blank screen and when I can access my games only 12 appear before it takes a while for the rest to appear. Can anyone tell me whats going on with this? I’ve
never encountered an issue like this.

Factory reset does have an option to keep your games and apps so you will not have to download them again. This only resets the operating system. I have done this myself just to see how it works. Should take you less than 30 minutes start to finish.
Just make sure you select the keep my games and apps option.

If it's under warranty send it in for repair.

Factory reset seemed to have worked. Not having any lag or issues loading games. I guess the OS just bugged out but I’ve honestly have never seen this happen before. This is the Gears of War 4 Xbox One console and very special. In 4 years I haven’t had
any issues until now. Thanks for the help.
