    Question on Order

    I purchased an Xbox One S that I believe comes with a controller on Thursday(8/13) and my order still says Pending. I can't request a cancel on it either. So I believe it charged my card/ and or is being shipped. But it still says Pending for it.

    my xbox rewards credits have been pending for almost two years

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So depending on the amount you have pending, that could be why they've been pending for so long.

    If the credits you have pending from the 6th are from upgrading to a One S, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 29th.

    Credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped, but they have had some delays. You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.
