Xbox one S parties crashing when I join them

Yes, idk if it's broken or something but I can join parties on both xbox's, I looked it up and you need xbox live gold to start and join parties. The Series S has only my account, and my account has my series S as my home xbox, and I can still join parties and talk(I'm in one right now in fact).

I'm not saying its fixed or not fixed, but turns out the guide is what keeps crashing on the Xbox one that causes me to be removed from the party and my overlay settings to be reset. I think I followed your instructions for most of it but I forgot to power cycle the console. I will retry to follow your instructions later tonight or tomorrow.
But if it were to be anything else cause it. I would be either Router, ISP, or the Xbox itself because this has occurred on both wired and wireless so it can't be my switch.
The guide started crashing about 1-2 weeks ago when I started joining parties through my Xbox instead of my computer.
Although when I joined parties on my computer most of the time I had to leave and rejoin a party when I went to join a party other wise everyone is classified as disconnected. But this problem I will worry about later.

I tried the full screen method. Doing that prevents the app from crashing, but still doesn't let me join parties. When I try to join, the loading circle appears. Then after 2 minutes, it asks me to join the party again.

Friends cant join my party when they try it starts a party one friend has been able to join me but 3 other friends are in party together and we cant join them

I do have another question/issue while I'm waiting to see if the other worked though:

I was in a party with two other people (call them D and R) when I got disconnected earlier, and when I connected and was put back in, another person was in there, I'll refer to them as Z.

I was then booted from the party (NOT kicked by party leader- I was booted and put into a party by myself). I was able to join back and it didn't happen again until my other good friend (Lets call him S) got online and joined, and when he joined I couldn't
hear him.

It then kicked both me and S out and put us in our own separate parties. We joined the original party and Z was gone and we could hear each other.

Z joined back and we got booted again. When we joined again, it was just me, S, D and R in there and everything was going fine. Then some girl joined our party and the same thing happened 3 times.

I know my NAT is open, and S says he doesn't know about his. Is it possible that his NAT is moderate and it will only allow us 4 (me, S, D, and R) in the party with him, or could it be Z and the other girls problem?
