Xbox One S overheating issue. PLEASE HELP!!

I have not heard of any overheating issues with the Xbox One S.

As for the question reference playing Xbox 360 games on Xbox One console does also include playing the games online.

This issue could be caused if your xbox 360's hdmi port is damaged due to overheating or hardware failure.. I know that some xbox's i have owned experienced a failure to the video card due to overheating.

Indeed, if your console is well ventilated, you shouldn't hear the fan or not that much so it may be a hardware problem. You should reach the official Xbox Support here to get a replacement unit :
