Xbox One S ordered through Microsoft but no rewards points

I ordered an Xbox One S through Microsoft but the rewards points haven't shown up on my account. I'm sure I used this account because it made me sign in to process the payment. I do remember something about my younger brother having difficulty signing in
so his email address might be the account primary, but regardless, if an account is signed in, shouldn't it be credited with the points?

I did not receive my 50,000 reward points for buying a Xbox One S

I received my Xbox one S that I ordered through the Microsoft store but I didn't receive the 50,000 reward points.

Please help!

Just wondered when or if anyone else is having problems with receiving the 50,000 rewards points for purchasing an Xbox one s through the Microsoft store.

I have fulfilled all terms and conditions but still see no reward for the promotion offered.

You'll actually want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account. Keep in mind that in order to qualify for that offer, the game had to be preordered as a physical disc from Microsoftstore.com. Digital orders are not eligible.

I have the same issue and I was told by a Microsoft/xbox representative that I had to order through the xbox live store on the console. If I ordered through the Microsoft store online I would only receive a $10 gift card and no rewards points. I wanted the
points since 15,000 points is worth more money. I have posted twice but cannot get a reply.

Someone I know pre ordered their Series X through Microsoft and said he got 499 Rewards points for it.

Rewards app and points offers are available only on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
Buying items from the Microsoft Store on Xbox or searching on Bing.com may not earn points in all countries or regions.

From the Microsoft Rewards Migration FAQ: "any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one
Microsoft Rewards point".

If one gem equals one Microsoft Rewards point , and I have 500 Microsoft Points, that's roughly about 50 cents worth, because a $5 gift card is about 5,000 points.

Whereas if I were to redeem them through Xbox Live Rewards, 500 gems would get me 10,000 Rewards credits - if only such a thing were not "out of stock" - how does that work exactly except that Microsoft chooses for it be out of stock, so they force me to either
put up with giving me a tenth of the value or having to buy something useless like Overwatch wallpaper?
