Xbox One S order still pending after almost 2 weeks

I ordered an Xbox on July 26th. It already charged the PayPal, yet I haven't gotten any updates regarding its shipment and tracking. I called support, with them telling me "Ah yes, the pending will be cleared in the next 2 days" on August 3rd. From the
email I got with the order, it says the estimated delivery will be August 18th. Why would they list 2-3 day shipping on the Microsoft Store when I would be getting it 3 weeks after ordering- if I get it at all. I understand COVID delays and such but its just
frustrating and I don't know what else I can do.

You should reach out to the Microsoft Support team to check on your order's status, click on Open Get Help App then type "talk to a person".

Check the order confirmation email for the expected delivery date. I ordered my controller on April 11, and the order status is still pending, but the email says it will be delivered by May 6 (almost 4 weeks after purchase).

Other people who purchased the controller recently (March) were in the same situation and posted on here saying it took about 3 weeks for the order status to change, so you can probably expect the same for your order.
