    Did you purchase the Xbox from the Microsoft Store Online?

    I would suggest you reach them by going to
    Microsoft Store Customer Support     and looking for the contact method based on your region.

    If that doesn't help I would also suggest contacting
    Xbox Customer Support

    All Deluxe orders were cancelled as it contains the Xbox One version, and the date was changed on that to April

    Pre-orders with the new dates of fulfillment are now open and you can re-order the game

    Yeah, i ordered a xbox one on wedenday 4th november and now (2days later) it says backorder, ship it on status. I tried talking to livechat and they said they dont got any more xbox one's in their stock :S Hopefully ill will get mine soon..
