    Xbox one S online game's sound not working properly


    Hello, my xbox one S has a problem when I want to play Warzone or Forza Horizon 4 online. The problem is that when I want to play these games online, the sound that comes out either through my headphones or through the speakers of the tv is
    really bad and there is a lot of creaking and it just bugs. And when I turn off the sound, the game works normally. So because of that I can't play online with the sound on and I always have to turn it off and I didn't find the solution. Pls help

    Turtle Beach X41 - ECHO Problem

    So I have my x41's working properly for both party/game chat and surround sound. I have my optical audio cord hooked up directly to my base station from the xbox one and my chat cord connecting my headset and controller. The xbox optical audio set as bitstream
    out and the format is dolby digital. I have the audio balance on the adapter set to 100% chat. That gives me surround sound and chat.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues as well.

    Also, please try using a different HDMI cable or a different TV to test it out.

    Xbox S says that the Xbox X/S game isn’t compatible with my console.

    Sound like you have a One S, not a Series S. That game hasn't been released on the One so it won't work on that console.

    Smwutches, it does work for One S, I used the Battlefield 1 One S 500GB bundle and it allowed a game for free. (FYI)
    Glad it worked for you! I knew something wasn't working properly. They tried telling me the free game its talking about is the ones in the bundle..
