    Hi,

    I purchased an Xbox One S on Monday, Order # 37119432300.

    I'm not seeing a pending rewards amount for the 50K.

    Can someone double check if I will be seeing it soon. Wanting to make sure I did it right.

    The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console ships.

    In the FAQ (Xbox Live Rewards):

    "When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date."

    Ironically, I just created a post because it's now past the 15 days and I still don't have my rewards points.

    Sorry, new to the forum. Not sure which is the best way to reply.

    If I purchased over the phone will it still qualify? Is it all just linked under my profile? Meaning will it register that I qualify for the reward by recognizing that I bought the console with the account/profile, regardless of if it was online or over
    the phone? Hope that makes sense.

    Hey bryer411. We checked and your order qualifies. Since it was purchased on the 12th, you'll need to wait about 15 days after it ships. If you don't see Credits pending around then, reach out to us again. Thanks!

    Missing 20,000 points

    There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
    right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.
    I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

    Some stores such as Game are offering trade ins, the one where i live offer trading your Xbox One in for the Xbox One S at £200 but i'm not aware of Microsoft doing a deal like this themselves. I can absolutely confirm that you would not be able to trade
    the Xbox One for an S version without paying any extra since the Xbox One S is worth more in value

    The offer was 30,000 for upgrading from a 360 to xbox one and 50,000 for upgrading from a xbox one to xbox one s.

    Hi XJermz162X. The Xbox One S offer is available only to select members. You however qualified for the upgrade offer and 30,000 Credits was awarded for your Xbox One purchase.
