    xbox one s nothing comes up on screen and turns off after a minute or so


    Hi everyone, i have a xbox one s 1tb console. havent used it in a few months. turned it on today the controller wont connect ot it and keeps on blinking, even with the cable conencted. the xbox light on the console comes on and the fans etc., but after about a minute it turns off. nothing comes on the screen etc and tried all the reset procedures held the buttons down to try and get the reset screen but nothing seems to work. would any one have any suggestions.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly try to plug in the console on a different wall socket.

    Also, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause issues such as console not turning on, if you have on kindly unplug before attempting to turn on the console again.

    So my Xbox was stuck on the green start up screen done a fully factory reset and now it’s just stop on 50% properly console how do I fix this ?

    Done that and got stuck on the 50% still but after a couple minutes it’s came up with this error code: e10200000c128007045d

    So tried to do the power cycle again (hold button to turn off) but once I turned it back on no picture was coming on the tv it was still saying no signal. I have changed power cable and hdmi cable and still nothing.

    The make on this is Xbox one series s digital edition.

    Which Xbox One model is it? (Original, S, X)

    Are you in the Insider/Preview Program?

    Have you tried waiting on the grey screen for a minute? Nothing happens?

    Have you tried turning off your Xbox completely for 30 seconds and restarting?

    Xbox network failure bit have trouble shooted all suggestions

    Formatting complete.

    The trouble shooting screen comes up and continue is highlighted green.

    Then it turns itself off.

    Is this the updste? If so how long is several minutes in reality? It's been off for 5 minutes. The initial download took 20 minutes so should we wait this long?
