    Xbox One S not working, need help


    Hi Microsoft, my Xbox One S will not play any game. I have tried Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Destiny, and Madden 17, none will play. It installs all of the games fine, however will not play them giving me the error code that the game took too long to
    start. Also, my Xbox has become very slow and unresponsive at times, I have tried the hard re boot, and clearing my Xbox out, nothing seems to work. Can I get any help?

    can a xbox one(s) controller connect to an xbox one? if so please help me because its not working.

    The Series S/X version will only work on the Xbox Series S/X, not the Xbox One. You would need the Xbox One version of the game.

    It somewhat helps... i guess the million dollar questions will be: “if it works works on the xbox one (original) but doesnt work with the xbox one s/x, can i assume that this is a firmware item? If so is it a matter of time till the original xbox one stops
    working or perhaps an update for the one s/x that will fix the issue?

    Which Xbox do you have, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X or Xbox Series X or S? Not all of them are multi-voltage. The Xbox 360 and Xbox One will need either a power converter or a power supply for your region. As for the Xbox One S, Xbox One X and Series X or S, they are multi-voltage, and should work fine with the correct power cable.

    Disney infinity 1,2 & 3 will work on the Xbox One/Xbox One S/Xbox One X. You just need the Portal for the Xbox One, and then you will be good to go.
