    Xbox One S not turning on


    I'm hoping this is the correct place for this... The other day my Xbox failed to do a system update. I selected the try again option and opted to restart my system. Since then my Xbox Home Screen will not come on at all. The Xbox Icon on my console shows
    as on and stays lit for 30 seconds or so then it automatically shuts off. No Xbox related screens ever show, not even the green xbox display screen. It just shows my TV's input screen. My controller also does not turn on even while the console is on, the light
    on my controller will flash and eventually go back to being shut off. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    Try leaving it unplugged longer than 10 seconds (5 minutes). Try a different electrical outlet. If you are plugged into a power strip try plugging it into the wall outlet.

    If none of that works contact
    Xbox Support     and set it up for a repair.
