    Xbox one s not starting


    I'm having a problem with my 15 month old xbox one s. It won't even light up. Did the restart procedures as advised but didn't work. I see that it's a common problem. My xbox 360 is still working after 5 years. This is so disappointing.

    when i try to open fallout shelter, it says getting game ready then it says something went wrong

    when starting fallout shelter, it ops up error code 0x80070490, but i have an xbox one s help!

    3D Blu-ray movies no longer play in 3D mode

    +1 from me. Xbox One (no S) works on the menu but signal is lost when starting the main feature.

    4K started with the Xbox One S, so it would not be available from the Xbox One.

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with the console not turning on. You can go to the website for

    device support    . You can also try and request a call back from a support agent to set up a repair.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
