    Hi can someone please help.

    My xbox one s will not connect to xbox live. followed recommended steps but no joy!

    it started a few weeks back (happening roughly once or twice a week for a few hours at a time) and became has now more severe to the point it will not connect at all.

    online support advised me to come here as they thought this would be more helpful.

    problem started once update rolled out to other xbox a few days ago which is not a preview member. neither xbox will connect now.

    any support would be greatly appreciated. xbox has been reset to factory. I have no profile or any data saved on xbox one s with preview member previously attached

    Xbox live for One S on 360

    I said before that my primary console (One S) is in the city where I born and Xbox 360 is in another city where I live. Both consoles used with the same account:

    1 - Can I SEE my Xbox live games list (One S) on Xbox 360 console?

    2 - I'm an Xbox gold live member (One S): can I CHOOSE a dedicated FREE monthly offers from an old Xbox 360 (for One S)?

    3 - Can I redeem my digital code gold membership (Xbox One S) from Xbox 360 and use it (on my One S and, eventually, on Xbox 360)?

    If your profile on the Xbox One was a local profile I'm afraid these accounts can not be transferred to an Xbox One / Series X|S. Only accounts with Xbox Live and a corresponding Xbox Live Gamertag can be used on the Xbox One.
