    Xbox one S not booting


    Hello, so i was playing modern warfare on my xbox one S (4 months old), everything was fine and then my xbox froze, I turned it back on and my xbox would turn on but wouldn't boot, just black screen (it's not showing that my TV has no signal), I tried
    different HDMI, I tried holding power buttons for 10 secs to shut it off, I tried to power on and click the disc & sync button at the same time to get the factory reset option but that wouldn't work either, would any know?

    I highly recommend you spend sometime with xbox support so they can be able to help you. Maybe it got overheated if you were plaging for awhile that would happen to mine when i would play long period of times.

    Try getting it into troubleshoot mode again. I’ve had experience with it taking a few attempts to get it into troubleshoot.

    You have done all you can by the look of it . Keep trying to get trouble shoot up . But talk to Microsoft and tell them right of the bat you have tried everything you can . See if they have a different answer 👍

    Microsoft haven't said it is. I believe the green Xbox One startup screen will stay, and the Xbox Series X/S will get the new Xbox boot up screen.
