    Xbox one s not booting up. Please help


    This is a long shot, but my xbox one s have recently updated itself (assuming an insider update) the next day i try to boot up my console and it goes straight to a "something went wrong" screen. I've tried everything I could, I tried installing OSU1. I've downloaded and extracted it correctly. I put my USB in my console and it goes to 1% then goes back to a "something went wrong" screen. I've also tried restoring to factory settings under keep games and apps and remove everything, neither works.

    Is the console plugged into a surge protector or directly into an outlet? Ensure that whatever it's plugged into is working by plugging something else into it.
