Xbox One S not able to update.

Discus and support Xbox One S not able to update. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Keep getting errors 0x8b050033 then up pops 0x8027025a.     Xbox One S not able to update.


    Keep getting errors 0x8b050033 then up pops 0x8027025a.

    Have powered down and un plugged for 10min then restarted....nothing.

    Fortnite will not load. (online)

    Discs will not load (disc)

    Paid for 12mth subscription and lucky to get three weeks out of the play.

    At my wits end. Anyone else having issues?

    Hi

    The Xbox One can't play 4K Blu ray discs at a hardware level and a firmware update will not be able to add this feature to the console. You will need to purchase an Xbox One S to be able to play 4K discs.

    Hi,

    Yes the Xbox One X works the same as the Xbox One and Xbox One S, update wise for games and console updates.

    While it is advised to connect the console to the internet, you should be able to go offline as mentioned on the support page that Smwutches

    This is the same for any Xbox One console, so regular, S and X

    Yes, I am using the latest updates on both consoles, including the 1.10 update that just released yesterday. Also, it seems being able to play the world that was created on my original xbox one on the xbox one S was a fluke. It's still true that I can
    see the worlds on the xbox one S that were created on the original xbox, and not the other way around. However, if I try to play the world on the xbox one S I get a message that the world failed to sync or is corrupted.

    I'll consider posting in the Minecraft forums.

    OK, one update.

    I was able to update the Xbox Music (formely Zune) information, but I can't change the payment option for my Xbox Live Gold membership.

    Is like the the system doesn't want me to change it :S

    Am I right to have bought an Xbox One X especially for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020?

    I am hoping that you will be able to play on both the xbox one s and xbox one x, it would be a shame if you had to buy the xbox one x, when the xbox one s could have a update sent out by xbox, to make it possible to play on both.

    Keep gaming fun and exciting for everyone, but most importantly of all keep it enjoyable for everyone.
