Xbox one s no Digital i have a question van i buty Black ops 1-2 for my console

I have been unable to purchase Black Ops 1 on my Xbox One console, Xbox 360 console, OR Xbox.com. Is there any way to combat this issue, or are you going to keep asking pointless questions??

I cannot say I encountered this error There is a few questions I have to ask to try and troubleshoot this with you. 1. if the game is on external hard drive? 2.if you are in the insider program?. It's strange for a game to make a system reboot. So that brings
me on to the next question 3.What version of the Xbox one is your console?, 1st one S, S digital or X?.

I am also having the same problem. I'm new to the xbox console, I was expecting better than this. I have 14MB/s down and 4MB/s up (by judging by my ps3 since it seems that you cant test your speeds on the xbox 360). I also have a open NAT (black ops 2 and
ghosts says so anyway). this tends to happen when I try to play black ops 2.
