    Xbox one s new mother board came with DVD daughter board. Using 1 tb hard drive .

    Getting error E101-000005048B050041 .Have tryed 3 500 HD and 2 1tb HD, reassembled DVD to check cables etc still getting the same errors. HELP !

    We cannot assist with self-repair.

    Hm, has this always happened when using this specific hard drive or is this hard drive a new addition, or is this a new problem? It's also quite possible that if this is the first time your using the 1TB HD the console might have some sort of issue reading
    the 1TB data since the console itself can only read up to 16GB of whatever you plug in using USB.

    I don't have a 1TB hard drive myself so I can't test to see if this happens with all 1TB's or 1TB Seagates etc.

    I do have two storage devices, one is a 1TB Series X/S Expansion Card and the other is an older hard drive which is a Seagate Hard Drive
