xbox one s moving to australia

Hi just trying to find out if my xbox one s bought in canada. will it work in Australia? Does it need a power converter box? And also will the games work too?

Hopefully one day, I will move to Australia, the United States has been s... in the last few years.

I may move to Australia to begin my epic journey after I finish college. I'm studying to be a movie producer, writer, & voice-actor. I will begin college in Fall of 2016, and if I can afford college/university in Australia, then I could move there much earlier
than I thought. Then I may sell my US Xbox One & buy a official Australian Xbox One.

The country your gamertag was created too will remain that no matter where you move. You can change the Locale of your Gamertag through Passport.net and Xbox LIVE but the Dashboard will remain the UK Dashboard.

You should be able to get on the Xbox One in Australia, As far as the Power Sources it is possible you might need to search for a different Power Cord that will be compatible with the Outlets.

Hi erick thanks for the reply. im not worried about changing account details or region. just need to find out if i can just plug it in without a power converter, because the power is higher over there. i know its a different outlet too so will get an adapter
for it.
