I have problems with my Xbox One S that is the one described above. To speak of, I mistakenly put my Xbox in reset mode, which got into factory reset. Basically, my Xbox one account called gamertag got wiped out, and I can't access my account because my account password got reset, so is it possible for your software department to access my Microsoft account and try to reset my Xbox Microsoft account password from the Xbox One in my wired network, because I can't access my Xbox one account and I would like to play with my friends.

This is my example of accessing my account and putting new features on your Microsoft account. The features are explained below:

And there should be a feature that also allows the Xbox one to reset from factory reset feature and allow to recover from memory lost like Microsoft accounts, or any other email accounts, because of the memory lost and factory reset, I lost my Microsoft account access, and I can't play with my friends anymore.

then, Step 2) The Xbox should be reset and have full access to the Microsoft account no matter what.

Step 3) There should be a secondary and multiple checks and balances of memory lost and there should be checks and balances of network ban-wave technology like manufactured tesla vans that are at located in my area. there is a lot of those vehicles in my area and there should be inspected by your professionals just in case of network interference and there is a lot of network outage in my area in the location of the Bronx.
