xbox one s Microsoft store

My menus for the xbox one microsoft store are broken in a way which stops me from buying things on the store. The overlay on the store which says ‘deals’ and ‘more apps’ on one side and a search icon on the other is as normal. However, i cant go up with
the d-pad or sticks, i can either go down and in the picture shown, that is the highest the screen will go. Somebody please help

The purchase was from Microsoft UK Store which offers free Xbox One S with Surface Pro 4.

The xbox one S you are reffering to is the Xbox one S Digital, It's for downloading games only not discs you can download them from the microsoft store instead of buying via cd.

to contact
Microsoft support.

When hovering over the buy button in Microsoft store on GTA v series x|s a small text bar appears saying. This is not playable on this device.
