    set up to be at 12Mbps. At one point it was pulling it. And now it's not. But my phone and PC will pull it no problem. Its causing horrible lag, disconections from party and stream to crash. I've done a hard reset on everything. Turned my unpn off in the router
    settings. Even wired Xbox straight to the modem bypassing the router and the upload was 0.11. But pc upload was 12.42Mbps,. My wife's Xbox is also getting same results from the same test.

    Download speed is very low

    It has to be the servers, had isp come check out speeds. Over 300mbs download, 30 upload. Xbox one s is barely getting 30 download, 30 upload hardwired.

    I thought it was the Xbox itself, so I got a one X and speed is still low. So got a powerful console I can't use because download speeds are so low I usually lag out of games

    Many xbox box gamers have this issue, although i thought it was isolated to cox internet. I get all speeds to all devices except xbox one x, and one s. This issue began for myself and many others around the middle of october 2018. I have tried:

    -4 new modem/routers

    -port forwarding

    -enabling dmz

    -turned off firewall for testing

    -new wiring

    and still no change in upload. Latency is good “36”, 0% packet loss, download is 300mb/s, upload is 1.7...
