    Hello guys,

    i have a problem with my new Xbox One S. So i set up the system and updated it. After that, I tried to sign in to my Xbox-Account, but the login screen disappears after 1 second. Also, I am not able to open the system settings. What can I do?

    have you tried to remove your account and then add it back up again to see if that fixes the issue

    so the console is brand new. The only option i have is to press add a new one and then the grey screen appears for 1 second. I created a new Xbox-Account with my computer.

    If you have an external HDD or SSD directly on your console. At least with the XBOX One X it helped me to put the external drive further away and I had no login problems with my Wi-Fi
