Xbox One S LB button keeps "Unregistering" while held

So simply saying, I play games where I need LB RB buttons intensively, it mostly messes me up for nba 2k or Rocket league. I tested it with gamepad tester on web, so if my lb button sometimes it works fine, but most of the time as I am pressing and holding it keeps registering "clicks" as if I was quickly clicking it. What I've tried so far, so at first I was suspicious of lb rb part, but it wasn't broken, I took apart the controller sprayed contact cleaner on the button, it helped, but after some time the problem appeared again. I kept taking it apart and spraying with contact cleaner, which would help for like a few days.
One day when I wanted to do the same, I saw that lb rb plastic part was broken in two, near "pairing" button. I ordered lb rb replacement parts, inserted it, but the problem never disappeared. Recently I realised that contact cleaner doesn't help either, I just take it apart and insert it again at it sometimes works fine for like one game session. I also tried applying some duct tape to the plastic which presses the button, but it doesn't help.

Button works fine as I tested it (pressing directly toothpick). LB button can be pressed lightly or deep pressed it still malfunctions like this. Maybe someone had such problem?

I know this is old thread, as I just let my hand down on this matter back then, now I started thinking of some other solution, I didn't need this controller anymore, because friend lent me his. I know that this is not the problem of the firmware, I tried updating it, but it didn't help.

As I mentioned, I got RB LB replacement, but it doesn't work either, I'm suspecting that LB RB part doesn't fit well, when you press LB or RB and try to push it to left or right, it slides just slightly. When taken apart, the button can be pressed with a toothpick and it works just fine, I mentioned it too.

In this case I think I should just get new controller right? Or is there any way of fixing it?

I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your LB button that is not consistent while pressing or holding. We are very glad to find some of the best possible options and troubleshooting's that we can provide for you.

We just want to set your proper expectations that we have seen and isolated this issue of yours that you had done some experiments on repairing or trying to fix your controller and still issue do still persist and it seems like your Xbox controller seems to might have been damaged or slightly malfunctioned due to other ways on fixing the specific LB button and it may have the wirings inside the controller might be damaged perhaps.

To try troubleshooting your controller, here are some steps:

Press the Xbox Button to open the guide, select Profile & System > Settings > Device & Connections > Accessories and then select the controller you want to update.
On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select "..." to check the firmware version for your controller.
If it says "Update," select Firmware Version, and then follow the steps provided.

If issue do still persist, the one factor of this or possibilities might be something to do with your controller might be defected already or might have some wiring damages inside your controller. For now, you can try to do this troubleshooting and let us know as we move forward.

I thought we were supposed to hold the RB, LB, and X buttons while waiting for the game to load to the title screen.

press and hold LB then press RB and X together while keeping LB held. That then shows my hidden games. However, once I leave that screen the games become hidden again unless I choose to unhide them so then it's a case of doing the same process.
