Xbox One S keeps stopping at 66% during a factory reset, offline USB, and Hard Reset.

Oh boy I may have a tough one for ya. My Xbox one console had an issue installing the last software update, and keeps getting stuck at 66%. I cannot hard reset or factory reset because it gets stuck at 66% there. Nor can I conduct an offline update with
a USB, because alas, what do ya know, it gets stuck at 66%. Is my Xbox bricked?

same here. Xbox was stuck a 66% for HOURS! i tried the hard reset and updating offline via USB and the Xbox is stuck again at 66% again updating with a USB stick!

So my Xbox one is frozen on the update screen 66% updated. I let it sit for 2 days then i. Download the update manually for a offline update. It updated just fine once all the way to 100% then it started to update again then it stopped at 66% again. Any
ideas before i download the factory reset program?

This is ridiculous. My XBOX One was stuck on 66% while applying the online update for hours. I decided to shut it off and cross my fingers. No luck. I got stuck on the loading screen. I have now tried a offline USB update and it is again stuck at 66%. Having
to do a factory reset is not a solution Microsoft. Please don't ignore this issue Microsoft.
