    hi there,

    my xbox s still crashing till at present May 2017 when i run youtube and different apps, it happen also while playing GOR4 and very frustrating and im so disappointed.

    It feels like the microsoft and XBOX team are not doing much and this issue has been happening since March 2017, Please do a quick solution to this problem.

    I tried to do the factory reset and no change, still a bunch of problem.

    Keep in mind the xbox one versions aren't available till april 7th

    That's why you are getting the not playable for deluxe or series consoles ones

    And bo xbox one s or x is not a series console
