Xbox one s just shout down while playing BFV

Few minutes ago while playing BFV my Xbox one s shouted down like a firecracker and now it doesn t turn on.

It s overheated and smell like burned plastic. Didn t have a notification , just did that for couple of seconds.

What is the problem and what should I do?

Definitely could be. Unfortunately that console has an internal PSU so it would need a repair.

Can it be a power supply issue? Because the smell came just from there

Definitely sounds like something burned out in the console. It likely wont work again.

Yes，I bought bfv and owned xgp. I set my xbox to the common xbox. My friend's account does not have bfv and xgp, but he can play smoothly, but my own account still can't be played.

I play bfv in Xbox Cloud Gaming and console, but they can't connect to the server, so I'm 100% sure it's an account problem.

I own a deluxe version of bfv, and I also have an xgpu subscription. My friend didn't buy bfv or eaplay. He used the game I shared and connected to the server.
