Xbox One S is showing only black and white output, no colour!

That is interesting, are the TV's massively different (such as one is much newer than the other?). Wondering if there is a setting on the TV the Xbox doesn't like.

But the funny part is that my console is working fine with my other TV. So I am bit perplexed here.

Sorry to hear you are only getting back and white output.

Have you tried booting the console into low res mode to see if that gives you any colour?

On the console, press and hold the Power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to turn off the console.

Press and hold the Power button and the pair button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You'll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Don’t let go until you hear the second beep or see the console start-up in low resolution mode (the Xbox start-up screen will appear slightly pixelated).

White has always been my colour.

I bought the xbox one x and using it on my native 4k uhd freesync monitor is great I never looked back.

But playing upscaled 4k on a normal 4k tv the xbox one s is a very viable cheaper option the s can also be purchased in various colours whereas the x comes in black only although I may have seen a white version but not sure on availability of that.
