Xbox one S is showing no signal output

I Know the HDMI cable works, I have even tried a new HDMI cable and still hasnt fixed the issue.

I tried the steps of turning the xbox off and holding the eject and xbox button for 10 seconds. The guides and videos say you should be able to hear a second bleep, I hear the first but I never hear the second doesn't matter how long I hold it for.

Some back story, my xbox was working fine then I turned it on one day and the loading screen came on and was on for a bit 5 minutes. So I turned the xbox off from the mains and from then I have not been able to get a signal output.

Any Ideas?

With issues like these, normally changing the HDMI cables will fix the issue. However, since you've already done that, I would suggest connecting your console to another TV.

If the issue persists, please check no signal troubleshooting guide for more assistance.

Hello again, the console's HDMI IN only accepts input signal, i.e. receives signals from another device.

If your console is Xbox One S or X, you have the Optical Output (S/PDIF) Out that can be connected to your Speaker if it has (S/PDIF) In.

If your console is series s or x it won't have this output.

I don't know what inputs and outputs you have in your speaker, so I don't know which connection would be best to use.

Xbox One S has a 1080p output for this game with HDR. You TV upscale input video signal to 4K, if it not a 4K or less.

The reason is because the xbox one s hdmi chipset outputs a signal of 18gbps, where as the epson is only able to receive a 10.2 gbps signal. The rest is basically cut off, which is why it wont work. Its like trying to fit an apple into a water bottle.

Update: I tried to sync it with a different xbox one s and it does the exact same thing, so it seems the remote signal output for this soundbar and probably many other Samsung soundbars since they most likely use the same remote signals is incorrect from
the xbox. Hopefully this is fixed in the next system update.
